Our cleanings are very thorough, but sometimes customers have special needs and requests. That's why we are always glad to create customized cleaning plans. Inside Ovens and Refrigerators
Shiny Homes offers complete cleaning of your oven and refrigerator interiors. To schedule this service, please contact your Shiny Homes office prior to your scheduled service so that we may bring the required cleaning agents and adjust for the additional time.

Windows
Shiny Homes offers window cleaning at an additional rate. Due to our commitment to quality, your windows must tilt in to allow us to properly clean windows inside and out. Please ask for details.

Carpet and Upholstery Shampooing (coming soon)
Shiny Homes offers this service at an additional rate. Please contact our office for details.

Uncovered items
Shiny Homes is unable to provide some services because we can't perform them economically or safely. Some of these include laundering and ironing, climbing ladders, and moving anything weighing over 30 lbs.

 One-time cleaning - One-time cleanings include move-ins and move-outs, spring-cleaning, service prior to a big event and other non-recurring services. All one-time services can be estimated. If additional time is needed, a Shiny Homes representative will attempt to contact you while our staff is in your home. If you authorize additional time, our staff will continue to clean and your price will be adjusted accordingly. We will not use additional time without your prior approval.

Our 24-Hour Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform your local Shiny Homes office within 24 hours of your service and we will happily clean the area with which you are dissatisfied again.
